Key highlights of the project have included the construction of a commercial office tower with Class A office space, a 7 storey condo tower, and street and mezzanine level retail space, totalling 266’000 square feet. The project has been built to LEED Silver standards and includes an extensive fire alarm system, 44KV pad mounted switch, 4000Kva 44KV substation, 4000A low voltage services, and a 600Kw diesel generator complete with 360KW load bank.
