In November 2014, O’Connor Electric worked on an industrial project with Canadian Tire. The project included working on site and building electrical for a distribution centre.
Key highlights of the project included an extensive fire alarm system, new cable trays throughout the distribution centre, a new distribution centre complete with installation of a bi-fuel for peak shaving, the removal of existing 600V lighting fixtures, and the replacement 500,000 linear feet of T12 lighting in pick modules with new T8 fixtures.
