In November 2014, O’Connor Electric worked on a residential project in Uptown Waterloo. The condo building was a total of 19 stories and 140 units, with a 3-level underground parking garage. The projected included 8 attached townhouses, totalling 195,537 sq. ft.
Key highlights of the project included an extensive fire alarm system, intellimeter hydro billing system, and a 250 Kw roof mounted natural gas generator.
