In September 2012, O’Connor Electric worked on a civil project with the Ontario Provincial Police. The work included the construction of a new forensic identification and command centre.
Key highlights of the project include construction of the complete command centre, including rooms, offices and garages. It further included a high voltage substation, bi-fuel natural gas generators, transfer switches, full data and telephone systems, duress and security systems, site electrical work, parking lot lighting, and value engineering to keep the project on budget.
